Self Awareness: be willing to make emotional mistakes.
Feelings are not either good or bad, move through them.
Know who and what pushed your buttons. What is their source?
Don't make decisions when you are in a down mood. Or a good mood.
Get to know yourself under stress.
Self Management:
Breath. Sleep on it.
Take a break.
Talk to someone without an emotional connection to the issue.
Accept that change is just around the corner.
Social Awareness:
Greet people by name and observe body language.
Plan ahead for social gatherings.
See things from the perspective of others.
Seek the right timing. Read the room.
Relationship Management:
Be open. Be curious.
Take feedback well. Only geT mad on purpose.
Tackle a tough conversation.
